Description
1 Teaspoonful of Spice Tea (Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon and Coriander with Hill Country Tea), 4 Cups of boiled Water and 4 drops of Vanilla Essence.
Method: Put 1 teaspoonful of Spice Tea into a tumbler and add 4 cups of boiled water, Close the tumbler for 3 minutes and sift the content using a tea sifter. Add 4 drops of Vanilla essence and stir. Sugar can be added if you prefer. The Spice Tea stimulates the body and is medicinally effective against phlegmatic diseases and stomach disorders.
